I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help me with anything I needed. They made an effort to be nice and cheerful, from the concierge to the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff. The hotel's location right in the central no car area was perfect, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I especially loved the fact that my room had hardwood floors. The hotel facilities were great, with both indoor and outdoor pools that had excellent water temperature. Additionally, the breakfast provided was good, even though it wasn't extremely varied.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Great location in the central area, which made it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and shops. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help and provide assistance.-The indoor and outdoor pools were enjoyable and the water temperature was perfect for a relaxing swim.

The parking situation was chaotic, especially during a busy weekend. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, but the quality of the food was poor.

It was so easy to explore the charming town, with its fountains, shops, and parks just steps away. the room was comfortable and well-furnished, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

I did find that the parking situation was a bit chaotic at times, which caused some inconvenience.

Easter at this hotel was amazing. Loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. the location was perfect - near shops and restaurants. the spa services were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the hot thermal springs.

The food was not up to par. Some dishes were not cooked properly, and we found the portions to be small for our liking.
